Driver Trainer

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Car Allowance
Location: North West (Liverpool, Runcorn & Manchester)
Hours: Nights (Start times between 4pm-7pm)

We're looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer to join a leading international logistics business. If you're passionate about developing drivers, improving safety and ensuring compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.

• Deliver JAUPT-approved Driver CPC training.
• Carry out on-road driver assessments and coaching.
• Deliver engaging classroom training sessions.
• Promote safe, fuel-efficient driving and best practice.
• Support Transport Managers with driver development and compliance.
• Complete electronic training records and assessment reports.

• Experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of transport and distribution operations.
• Experience delivering Driver CPC training and driver assessments.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confident using electronic reporting systems.
• Full UK HGV Class 1 licence.
