⏰ 37 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
We are recruiting for a Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join a busy Housing Association in Essex, supporting maintenance and operational teams across the region.

• Deliver and collect materials, tools, and equipment across multiple sites
• Support warehouse operations and maintain stock levels
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Remove and dispose of waste in line with company procedures
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and stock movements
• Assist with basic preparation and warehouse duties
• Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
• Maintain high standards within the warehouse and storage areas

• Full UK Driving Licence (suitable for driving a Vauxhall E-Vivaro and Ford Transit)
• Experience within a warehouse, maintenance, facilities, or similar environment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling procedures
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

• Social Housing experience
• Joinery or Carpentry experience

• Based in Chelmsford, with travel across Essex as required
• Interviews can be conducted face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams, with face-to-face preferred
• No DBS required
