Location: Norwich
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £280-£300 Per day

BDLB is currently recruiting for an experienced Dry Lining Site Manager to oversee a commercial dry lining project in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in managing dry lining packages and leading site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations for the dry lining package
• Supervising dry lining teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed in line with programme and quality standards
• Monitoring health & safety and maintaining site compliance
• Coordinating labour, materials and site logistics
• Liaising with the main contractor and attending site meetings
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring work meets specification

Requirements:

• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience managing commercial dry lining projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage programmes and coordinate multiple trades
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
