Duct fitter

We are looking for an experienced Duct Fitter who is confident installing galvanised ductwork on commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Install galvanised ductwork to drawings and specifications
- Measure, position and assemble ductwork accurately
- Fit rectangular and spiral ductwork, bends, branches, dampers and associated components
- Install brackets, supports, flanges and fixings
- Complete alterations and remedial works where required
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
- Report installation issues or drawing discrepancies promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter
- Strong experience working with galvanised ductwork
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Valid CSCS or relevant skills card
- IPAF or PASMA would be advantageous
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and professional
