Dumper Driver

NPORS/CPCS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver – Gloucester

Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established Groundworks and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver to join their team on their site in Gloucester.

Start Date:         23rd June 2026
Location:            Glouchester
Rate:                    £21 per hour
Hours:                 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Paid Hours:        9  hours per day
Job Type:             Temporary
Duration:            2–3 weeks

Dumper Driver - The Role

The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy site team and will be responsible for safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on a construction site.

This role would suit someone who is experienced, reliable, safety-conscious and happy to muck in with the team when needed.

Dumper Driver - Key Duties

Your role will involve:

• Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on site
• Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
• Supporting general site duties when needed

Dumper Driver - Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, preferably Blue Carded
• Full PPE including hi-vis, safety boots and hard hat
• Previous experience working on construction sites
• A reliable and proactive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to travel to site in Gloucester
• Two references available on application
