This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product-level forecasting and inventory planning within a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment, working across a range of online marketplaces.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing product-level demand forecasting across a broad e-commerce product range.

  • Analysing sales data, trends and marketplace performance to support purchasing and stock decisions.

  • Managing stock control across multiple e-commerce channels and marketplaces.

  • Using advanced Excel to analyse data, identify trends and build forecasting and inventory models.

  • Working closely with purchasing, merchandising and wider commercial teams to improve stock performance.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, stock turn and overall inventory efficiency.

  • Providing clear reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making.

About You

We're looking for someone who has genuine experience within e-commerce stock control, demand planning or inventory management.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing stock within an e-commerce environment.

  • Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyse large datasets and develop meaningful reports/models.

  • Experience working across e-commerce marketplaces.

  • A highly analytical and commercially minded approach.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and opportunities within data.

  • The confidence to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What's On Offer?

  • Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience.

  • Profit-share bonus.

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the Leeds office and 2 days working from home following onboarding.

  • Join an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business, giving you the opportunity to be part of an employee-focused organisation.

  • Excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

  • The chance to join a thriving UK retail business with an ambitious e-commerce operation.

  • A high-performance culture where your ideas and contribution can make a genuine impact.

Why This Opportunity?

This is more than a stock control position. You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a growing e-commerce business forecasts demand, manages inventory and ultimately delivers better commercial performance. Clear opportunities for career progression and long-term development.

If you're an analytical e-commerce professional who enjoys working with data, solving stock challenges and making a tangible difference, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
