Salary: £40,372–£42,484 per annum

Teach Now is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a supportive primary school setting in Ealing. This opportunity is aimed at a newly qualified teacher who is ready to take responsibility for a class while continuing to learn from experienced colleagues.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will be encouraged to develop your own teaching style while building strong foundations in planning, assessment, classroom management and inclusive practice.

The role includes:

  • Planning and delivering engaging primary lessons
  • Establishing positive classroom routines
  • Assessing pupils and adapting teaching accordingly
  • Supporting children with SEND and different starting points
  • Working constructively with Teaching Assistants
  • Building positive relationships with families
  • Taking part in professional development and school activities

We are looking for:

  • QTS achieved or due before September 2026
  • Successful UK primary school placements
  • Sound curriculum knowledge
  • A reflective and organised approach
  • High expectations for pupil achievement
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will fall within the advertised ECT range of £40,372–£42,484.
