Location: Lambeth Area, South London
Salary: £40,317 per annum, Inner London M1, plus the applicable September 2026 pay award
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary
Start date: 1 September 2026
An inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a motivated Early Career Teacher for a full-time position from September 2026. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong classroom practice within a collaborative and pupil-focused school community.

Key responsibilities
• Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs and starting points.
• Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Maintain consistent expectations for behaviour, effort and presentation.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and wider school activities.

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status by September 2026.
• Successful primary teaching placements or recent classroom experience.
• Good knowledge of the National Curriculum or EYFS framework.
• Confident classroom organisation and communication skills.
• A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and ongoing professional learning.
