Early Career Teacher – Harrow

Location: Harrow, London
Salary: From £40,372 per annum (M1), dependent on experience and qualifications
Contract: Full-time, Long-term Temporary
Start: September 2026 – immediate/as soon as possible

Teach Now is looking for Early Career Teachers seeking primary teaching opportunities in Harrow.

Whether your strengths lie in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we want to hear from enthusiastic new teachers ready to bring fresh ideas, energy and high expectations into the classroom.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging curriculum-based lessons.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
  • Assess pupil progress and respond to individual learning needs.
  • Establish positive routines and behaviour expectations.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and experienced colleagues.
  • Contribute positively to wider school life.
You will need
  • UK QTS.
  • Recent teacher-training and school-placement experience.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge.
  • Good classroom and behaviour management.
  • A genuine commitment to children's progress.
