Our client, a well-established private English/French nursery in Vauxhall, is looking to recruit three Nursery Room Leaders to join their team. Opportunities are available within the Baby Room, Toddler Room, and Pre-School Room.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate childcare professionals who enjoy leading a team, creating engaging learning environments, and making a positive impact on children's early development.
Please note: There is no requirement to speak French for these positions.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of your allocated room while maintaining the highest standards of care, learning, and development.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting practitioners within your room
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Delivering high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Monitoring children's development and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
Supporting the Nursery Manager in achieving outstanding standards throughout the setting
About You
Previous experience working within a nursery setting
Experience as a Room Leader or a Senior Practitioner looking to step up
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
