Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Islington who are looking to recruit enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive educational settings where children are encouraged to thrive through creative, play-based learning and high-quality early years provision.

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote curiosity, creativity and independence.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and the wider school team.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
• Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Experience working within a nursery, children's centre or primary school Early Years setting.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
