Location: Gravesend area

Salary: Up to £28,605 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

Hours: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Early Years Educator to join a warm, nurturing nursery setting in the Gravesend area.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s development through play-based learning in a supportive and engaging environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on giving children the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, assess, and support children’s development
  • Provide high standards of care, including personal care where required
  • Identify learning opportunities within everyday routines
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working across all Early Years age groups
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for child development and care
