Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for flexible work or regular days in a school setting?

At Philosophy Education, we are looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Educators to work in primary schools and specialist early years schools across Lambeth and the surrounding areas of South West London. We have a range of opportunities available, from flexible daily supply to regular weekly bookings and longer-term positions.

Whether you are looking to work a few days a week around other commitments or would prefer a more consistent working pattern, we can help you find opportunities that suit your availability.

As an Early Years Educator, you will work alongside experienced teachers and early years teams to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children in Nursery and Reception classes with their learning, development and daily routines.

• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Encouraging children's communication, independence and social development through play.

• Supporting children's personal care needs and promoting their health, safety and wellbeing.

• Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.

• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality early years education.

We are looking for candidates who hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, have a good understanding of the EYFS and enjoy working with young children.

You should be reliable, enthusiastic and confident working as part of a team, with a genuine passion for supporting children's early learning and development.

We work with a range of welcoming primary schools and specialist early years schools across Lambeth and South West London, providing opportunities to work with children in Nursery and Reception classes and dedicated early years settings.

Our flexible supply opportunities allow you to gain experience in different school environments, while our regular bookings provide the opportunity to become a familiar member of a school team and build strong relationships with children and staff.

We can offer both flexible daily supply work and regular weekly placements, depending on your availability and preferences.
