We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery setting in Hounslow. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young children's development and creating a positive environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
  • Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
  • Encourage learning through play, exploration and everyday experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and engaging environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
  • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
