EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER – HYDE
Location: Hyde
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: £100–£110 per day
Hours: Full-Time – 5 Days Per Week
EXPERIENCED EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER WANTED – SEPTEMBER STARTA friendly local school in Hyde is looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September 2026.
The school offers a welcoming and supportive environment with a strong focus on supporting children with SEND and additional needs.
If you are passionate about Early Years and have genuine experience working with young children, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
THE ROLEYou will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality support to children, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting children's learning and development.
  • Providing individual and small-group support.
  • Supporting children with SEND and additional needs.
  • Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
  • Supporting engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Working closely with teachers and school staff.
  • Building positive relationships with children.
  • Following safeguarding and school policies.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSPlease apply ONLY if you meet ALL of the following:
  • Previous UK Early Years experience is essential.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.
  • Relevant Early Years qualification/experience.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Contactable professional references.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding.
  • Reliable, professional and committed.
  • Available 5 days per week from September 2026.
