Salary: £30,000 per annum

We're recruiting on behalf of a friendly, well-established nursery in Penge (SE20) for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their welcoming Toddlers Room team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you'll play an important role in helping young children learn, develop and thrive.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Choose from:
• Mon - Fri (8-hour shifts), or
• Mon - Thurs (8:00am–6:00pm) with a shorter working day on Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children within the Toddlers Room.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and support each child's learning and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate observations and learning records.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full and relevant DBS
