Early Years Practitioner Required
Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming early years settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years.
We are looking for nurturing professionals who can help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive and achieve their developmental milestones.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, monitor, and record children's progress
- Support children's personal care needs where required
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable)
- Have previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Are caring, patient, and passionate about early childhood development
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Are committed to creating positive learning experiences for young children
- Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
