Early Years Practitioner in Upminster

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery and early years setting in Upminster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning through play-based activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Observe and assess children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's emotional, social, and educational development.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring and proactive approach to supporting children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
