Working primarily with children aged 0–2 years, you'll play a key role in nurturing children's earliest experiences, helping them develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll support children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions, engaging activities and a nurturing approach to care.

You'll work closely with colleagues and families to create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during some of the most important stages of a child's development.

Training and Development

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education.

You will be passionate about supporting young children's development, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be motivated to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
• Choice of 36 hours across 4 days or 45 hours across 5 days
• Shifts between 7:15am and 6:30pm
• 28 days annual leave (full-time equivalent)
• Additional 4 days holiday awarded for excellent attendance
