Revive EYFS Recruitment are delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Dartford to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a nursery where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration and meaningful relationships. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or looking to continue building your Early Years career, you'll be joining a supportive team that values professional development, staff wellbeing and high-quality childcare.
Working with children from 9 months through to pre-school age, you'll play an important role in helping children develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll help create a warm, safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You'll support learning and development through engaging activities, positive interactions and high-quality care while building strong relationships with both children and families.
You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure every child receives the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential, while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and professional practice.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
You will have a caring and positive approach, strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. Experience within an Early Years setting is welcomed, but equally important is a commitment to delivering exceptional care and being part of a collaborative team.
