The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in helping children develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Working within a structured but nurturing environment, you'll create engaging experiences, support children's development and build meaningful relationships with families and colleagues. What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings warmth, energy and professionalism into the room. You'll hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience within an Early Years setting. Strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness and a genuine passion for child development are essential. Most importantly, you'll be someone who loves working with children and understands the impact a great practitioner can have on a child's future.
