Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Richmond.

This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive early years environment that is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework. 

You will be:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play

  • Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children

  • Supporting children’s individual development, learning and wellbeing

  • Acting as a key person and developing positive relationships with children and their families

  • Completing observations and assessments to monitor and support children’s progress

  • Promoting high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and inclusive practice

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistently high standards of care

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to a positive team environment

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, with excellent communication and teamwork skills and a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive.
