We are Education Recruitment Specialists, supporting Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN settings across the South East. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an Early Years Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

🔎 The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position where you will deliver a consultative service to nurseries, supplying high-quality short-term, long-term and permanent staff.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing new business through calls and client visits
• Resourcing, interviewing and managing candidates 
• Negotiating offers between clients and candidates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to grow your desk
• Advertising roles and sourcing through job boards
