Early Years Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

£600 – £1162 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

On Behalf of the Connect Multi-Academy Trust (based in County Durham), Vision is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teacher to begin the new academic year in September 2026. Working within a Reception class, the teacher appointed for the role will take on a full-time teaching post for the first term of the year. Throughout this placement, there will be full class teacher responsibilities (planning, marking and assessment). This is a slightly-larger-than-average primary school, where staff work together to ensure all children have good learning opportunities.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Teacher will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
