About the Role
Teach Now is recruiting an imaginative Early Years Teacher for a friendly Hertfordshire primary school with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, exploration and child-led discovery.
This role would suit an EYFS specialist who understands how carefully planned provision can turn everyday play into meaningful learning. You will have the freedom to create engaging learning experiences while ensuring children develop the early literacy, maths, communication and personal skills needed for a successful transition into Key Stage 1.
- Plan exciting and purposeful EYFS learning experiences.
- Develop rich indoor and outdoor continuous provision.
- Deliver phonics and early mathematics effectively.
- Use observation to assess children and identify next steps.
- Support children’s emotional, social and communication development.
- Work effectively with teaching assistants.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- EYFS or Reception teaching experience.
- Excellent understanding of child development.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Creativity and confidence when designing provision.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
- An attractive and well-resourced Early Years setting.
- Supportive and approachable leadership.
- Experienced classroom support.

- Scope to contribute ideas and develop the curriculum.
Salary is dependent on teaching experience and qualifications.
