EYFS Teacher in Bromley

£39,196 - £58,120 per year. Salary depends on experience and pay scale position, with the maximum applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience. Relevant qualifications are also taken into account.

Start date: 19 October 2026 | full-time, long-term, temporary

Hours: Term time, 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Turn children’s questions, conversations and discoveries into purposeful learning. These Early Years teaching opportunities suit teachers who enjoy balancing imaginative play with carefully sequenced teaching in language, early reading and number. Transparency Education is recruiting for two positions in Bromley.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan purposeful play and focused teaching across the EYFS

  • Develop early language, phonics and number through engaging activities

  • Use observations to adapt provision and respond to individual needs

  • Work closely with support staff and build positive relationships with families


Role requirements
  • UK QTS and a recognised teaching qualification

  • EYFS teaching experience and sound knowledge of child development

  • Confidence planning inclusive provision and using observation to guide learning

  • A commitment to safeguarding and an enhanced DBS check appropriate to the role, or willingness to complete one.
