Hours: Full time, 5 days per week

We are partnering with a welcoming mainstream primary school in BS7 who are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This is a long term position beginning in September, working alongside children in Reception to support their learning, development and wellbeing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about working with young children and enjoys being part of a lively, supportive Early Years setting. The school prides itself on its friendly team and inclusive approach, ensuring every child gets the best possible start.

Key details:

- Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Reception)
- Days: Full time, 5 days per week
- Pay: starting from £92.26 per day (depending on experience)
- Duration: Long term, starting September

Person specification:

- Experience working with children in Early Years settings
- A calm, patient and flexible approach
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with teachers, parents and colleagues
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is desirable but not essential
