Salary: £26,502 - £27,767 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,668 - £23,750)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a busy nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Working closely with the Early Years team and senior leaders, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, delivering high-quality care, learning and development through an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
As a Key Person, you will build strong relationships with children and families, supporting each child's individual learning journey while promoting their wellbeing, confidence and development. You will collaborate with colleagues, parents and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.
- Support the daily operation of the nursery setting.
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Act as a Key Person for designated children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
- Support children's emotional, social and educational development.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to an inclusive, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
