Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces 1 year fixed Term contract

The Role

• Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels

• Manage orders, returns, replacements, refunds and account updates

• Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues

• Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes

• Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging

• Deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat

What You’ll Bring

• Strong customer service experience

• Background in Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce

• Confident communicator with excellent listening skills

• Strong IT ability (CRM, MS Office, online systems)

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure

• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive for results
