Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Ecommerce & Content Executive to support the continued growth of their online business in Ellesmere Port.
As an Ecommerce & Content Executive, you'll help drive online sales and improve the presentation of products across multiple channels. Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating product listings across Amazon, eBay and other online platforms
- Improving product visibility through keyword optimisation and effective product content
- Editing images and creating engaging visual assets using Photoshop or similar software
- Supporting product photography and maintaining a high standard of online presentation
- Monitoring sales trends and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Researching competitors, products and market developments
- Assisting with catalogue updates and new product launches
- Exploring new digital tools and AI technology to improve processes and productivity
To be successful in this Ecommerce & Content Executive role, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, online retail or a similar commercial environment
- An understanding of how online marketplaces and product listings work
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how customers search online
- Experience using Photoshop, Canva or similar creative software
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills

- Product photography experience
- Social media content creation skills
- Video editing experience
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Experience in retail, sales or marketing
- Basic website content management or HTML knowledge
