This role supports the growth and performance of the Amazon account by managing product listings, analysing data, improving content quality, and maintaining strong retailer relationships. Working closely with internal teams and account managers, the successful candidate will help drive operational efficiency, stock performance, and overall account profitability.

Description

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of new product information across customer platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse data, trends, and forecasts to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
  • Monitor product content and data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support account performance through regular reviews, reporting, and optimisation activities.
  • Assist with stock management and availability planning to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and business results.

Profile

  • Highly organised, analytical and confident working with data, with strong Excel capabilities (including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis) and the ability to turn insights into actions across Amazon UK.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing product set-ups, maintaining content accuracy, identifying issues and driving continuous improvements.
  • A strong communicator and team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with other functions. Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners while contributing to the company's collaborative and fast-paced culture.
  • Commercially minded and adaptable, with experience in eCommerce, account support or consumer goods environments, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing business where priorities can change quickly. You will be comfortable supporting a key strategic customer, Amazon UK, while helping scale a growing online product portfolio.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central would be advantageous but is not essential, as long as you can demonstrate a genuine interest in eCommerce and a willingness to learn.
