Electricians Required – Bradford – Generator Installation Project

V-Recruit are currently looking for experienced Electricians for a project based in Bradford, assisting with the installation of generators on a commercial/industrial site.

Duties will include:

  • Installation of metal trunking, conduit, tray and ladder racking with uni-strut frames
  • Wiring using singles, multi-core YY, Belden, SWA and H07 cable
  • Terminating electrical accessories including:
  • Lights
  • Sockets
  • Spurs
  • Isolators
  • Fans
  • Terminating power distribution panels
  • Termination of BMS control panels

Essential Requirements:

  • ECS Gold Card
  • Ideally apprenticeship completed
  • IPAF ticket preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar industrial/commercial environment
  • Ability to work independently and from drawings

Candidates Must Have:

  • Cordless drill
  • Impact driver
  • Grinder
  • Bootlace crimper
  • Hellermann sleeve tool
  • Full set of hand tools
  • Full PPE

Job Specifics:

  • Weekly pay - £24.00 per hour (over time rates available on weekends x1.5 on saturdays and x2 on sundays)
  • Work up until 2027, with a view to moved on to other local contracts thereon after
  • Hours: 7am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am to 2:30pm Fridays (and weekend work available at the same hours as Friday).
