Aspire People are excited to be working in partnership with one of our valued primary schools in Leicester to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their teaching career in a welcoming and supportive primary school. The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.
Work closely with experienced teachers and senior leaders to continue developing your teaching practice.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
An Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey.
A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.
The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
