About the Role
As a key member of our Education Team, you’ll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinator’s to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Sending, tracking and chasing timesheets
- Being involved in attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high-quality tutors
- Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
- Providing support to our learners, families, tutors and LA's.
- Visiting provision settings to check on provision progress
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Awareness/experience within the education sector (specifically SEN) would be beneficial
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal-focused approach
- High attention to detail and strong initiative
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
