We’re supporting a well-established SEND & Inclusion Service in the South East England to recruit 14 permanent Post-14 EHC Coordinators.

Location: South East England (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: £32,378
Hours: Full Time
Closing Date: 19/06/2026

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact supporting young people aged 0–25 with SEND, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EHCP processes end-to-end, including reviews and amendments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and SEND legislation
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals
  • Act as a key point of contact, offering guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements
Essential Requirements:

  • Post-14 experience
  • Strong EHCP management experience
  • Previous Local Authority experience
This is a hybrid role with a mandatory 3-day office presence across local hubs.
