EHP Administrator - Temporary Start ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a dedicated Special Educational Needs team within a specialist education setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process and SEND legislation, who is passionate about supporting children and adults with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate EHCPs from assessment through to annual review.
- Work closely with parents, carers, teachers, therapists, and local authority professionals.
- Ensure all statutory deadlines and SEND regulations are met.
- Coordinate annual reviews and maintain accurate pupil records.
- Support placement consultations and contribute to positive outcomes for pupils.
- Act as a key point of contact for EHCP-related queries and case management.
About You:
- Previous experience working within SEND, EHCP, education, or local authority services.
- Strong knowledge of the EHCP process and SEND Code of Practice.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills.
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
- Experience within a school, academy trust, local authority, or children's services environment would be highly advantageous.
