About the client: Our client is a well-established Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale mission-critical Data Centre projects across Finland, Scandinavia, Europe, and the UK. About the role:
  • Based in Finland.
  • Opportunity to work on flagship Data Centre projects across Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia.

  • Salary of €60,000 - €70,000 + Living Abroad Package.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Support the delivery of all Environmental, Health & Safety activities across major Data Centre projects.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Review and monitor RAMS and other Health & Safety documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  • Support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all site activities.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and Health & Safety briefings.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with project Health & Safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and prepare reports for project management.
  • Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure best practice is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an EHS, Health & Safety or SHEQ role within the construction or engineering sector.
  • A relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
  • Experience in Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
