EHS Campus Lead - Data Centre - Dublin

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced EHS Campus Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• EHS Strategy & Leadership

Lead the development and implementation of the campus-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and project delivery objectives

• Compliance & Risk Management

Oversee compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation, proactively identifying risks, implementing mitigation measures, and driving a zero-harm culture across all project activities

• Site Coordination & Operational Oversight

Coordinate EHS activities across multiple projects and contractors on campus, ensuring consistent standards, effective communication, and seamless integration of safety processes

• Team Leadership & Performance Management

Manage and mentor EHS managers, advisors, and site teams, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and high-performance safety behaviours across the organisation

• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Interface with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership, providing clear reporting on EHS performance, leading audits and inspections, and ensuring alignment with key project milestones and expectations

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects including Data Centres

Must have relevant EHS qualifications i.e. NEBOSH

Must be based within a commutable distance of offices in Dublin

€100,000 - €110,000 + Package
