About the Role:
- Based in Skellefteå, Sweden.
- Work on a major Data Centre construction project.
- Join a leading Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across Europe.
- €80,000 - €90,000 (DOE) + Living Abroad Package.
- Permanent position with excellent long-term career progression.
- Work with EHS lead to Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, implement and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures and management systems.
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all site activities.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Review and approve RAMS and ensure compliance with safe systems of work.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing Health & Safety training.
- Liaise with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Produce Health & Safety reports and drive continuous improvement across the project.
- Previous experience as an EHS Manager, Health & Safety Manager or Senior EHS Advisor on major construction projects.
- Main Contractor experience is essential.
- Data Centre, mission-critical or large-scale commercial construction experience is highly desirable.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- EU passport or the right to work in Sweden would be advantageous.
- €80,000 - €90,000 DOE
