We're looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Assembler to join our growing production team. Whether you already have experience in electrical assembly or are looking to develop your skills within a high-tech manufacturing environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and close-knit team.
The Role
As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play a key part in building high-quality electrical products used in cutting-edge applications. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll assemble and inspect components with precision, ensuring every product meets our exacting quality standards.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies
- Building and assembling PCB boards
- Using a variety of hand tools safely and accurately
- Carrying out wiring and electrical assembly work from drawings and work instructions
- Soldering electronic components (experience desirable but not essential)
- Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in electrical or electronic assembly (preferred)
- PCB assembly experience (desirable)
- Basic soldering experience (desirable but training can be provided)
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- The ability to follow technical drawings or assembly instructions
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic
