Electrical Assembler

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for Electrical Assemblers in Blackburn, BB1.

Duties will include:

• Assemble electronic products, PCB assemblies, and power boards according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Build electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies for production units.
• Install electronic components, connectors, wiring, and hardware.
• Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic functional checks and visual inspections of completed assemblies.
• Assist with production testing where required.
• Identify and report assembly or component issues.
• Ensure products meet quality and workmanship requirements before progressing to the next production stage.

Desirable Skills:

• Electronic and PCB assembly
• Soldering (through-hole and SMT preferred)
• Assembling power boards and electronic products
• Reading and following assembly procedures and work instructions
• Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
• Working in an electronics manufacturing or production environment

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday

9am - 5pm

The finer details:

• Temp to Perm Contract
• £16 - £18 per hour
