Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham, Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced Electrical Assembler.
As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using Through-hole and fine soldering. 

Duties for the Electrical Assembler will be: 
  • Following technical drawings and diagrams 
  • Soldering to IPC 610 or J-STD 001 standards 
  • Soldering small components including pins, connectors and wires to PCBs
  • Soldering with a microscope at times
To be a successful Electrical Assembler you must:
  • PCB soldering experience 
  • IPC Class 2/3 experience (essential)
  • Be able to understand technical drawings and diagrams 
  • Solder using through hole and surface mount soldering techniques 
  • IPC 610/J-STD 001 certificates beneficial 
  • Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
For the successful Electrical Assembler you will:
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Free on site Parking 
  • Friendly work environment
  • Flexible working hours
Working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.30 and finishing on Fridays at 12:30 (flexible hours)
Paying between £12.71-£15 Per Hour (depending on experience)
