Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager
Location: West London (5 Days Site Based)
Rate: £350 - £450 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: Until December 2027
Start Date: ASAP
This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join an established MEP subcontractor delivering a major project in West London, currently entering the construction phase.
You will be responsible for overseeing the construction delivery of electrical packages, coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, and ensuring installation works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.
The role requires someone who has progressed from an electrical installation background, with strong technical knowledge and experience managing electrical works on site. This is a construction delivery role focused on installation, coordination, and quality rather than design.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager
- Strong electrical installation background with ECS Gold Card / JIB recognised qualifications
- Experience managing electrical works within construction, infrastructure, or MEP environments
- Good understanding of electrical systems, installation standards, and site delivery processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
