A leading M&E fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their growing London team, delivering high-profile projects typically ranging from £5m–£10m+.
This business is steadily becoming a recognised industry leader, backed by a board of forward-thinking directors who have all progressed internally. The Role:
- Managing the on-site delivery of electrical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover.
- Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, security, and associated building services.
- Managing electrical supervisors, subcontractors, and site labour to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
- Coordinating with the Mechanical Construction Manager, Project Manager, commercial team, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring programme progress, resolving site issues, and driving productivity across all electrical works.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Electrically qualified with a valid JIB Gold Card (or equivalent recognised electrical qualification).
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager delivering electrical packages on projects valued at £5m+.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.
