Electrical Construction Manager
Location: London – Office Based 3–4 Days per Week
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract (Outside IR35)
Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Interlinx is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager with strong London Underground and depot experience to manage electrical construction works, site delivery and assurance requirements. The role may also involve elements of telecoms and SISS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electrical construction works across London Underground and depot environments.
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and delivery teams.
- Manage construction assurance, inspection, testing and handover documentation.
- Review and maintain RAMS, ITPs, permits and other project assurance paperwork.
- Support delivery of associated telecoms/SISS works where required.
- Liaise with engineering, safety, project, and client teams to ensure compliance and successful delivery.
- Monitor progress, quality, and documentation through to completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within London Underground projects.
- London Underground depot experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of LU standards, processes, and assurance requirements.
- Good knowledge of electrical construction, testing and commissioning.
- Exposure to telecoms and/or SISS systems would be advantageous.
- Strong documentation, assurance, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working from a London office 3–4 days per week, with site attendance as required.
Contract: 3 months rolling
Working Day: 8 hours
