An established and highly regarded MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship commercial development in the City of London.

You'll be joining a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale MEP projects across the UK and Europe within sectors including:

The Role

As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day electrical delivery on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing electrical installation activities across the project.
• Coordinating electrical subcontractors, labour and specialist packages.
• Overseeing LV distribution, containment, power, lighting, fire alarm and associated electrical systems.
• Driving programme, sequencing and short-term planning.
• Monitoring installation quality and technical compliance.
• Managing site reporting, technical queries and coordination issues.
• Working closely with Project Managers, consultants and client teams.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and site standards are maintained.
• Supporting testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
• Coordinating with mechanical and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong electrical building services background.
• Previous experience delivering commercial or large-scale MEP projects.
• Good technical understanding of electrical building services installations.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work within fast-paced project environments.
