Electrical Construction Manager - Rail
Location: West London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + package
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor working on major projects across West London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects as well as rail projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead electrical site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
- Manage progress, programme and site coordination.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety and electrical standards.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager.
- Strong commercial fit-out experience is essential.
- Rail project experience is also essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and construction processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant electrical qualifications.
- SMSTS and relevant CSCS/ECS qualifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- £70,000 – £80,000 salary
