Electrical Construction Manager in City of Westminster

RTL Group is recruiting an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering a prestigious super-prime residential development in Paddington London. With a minimum of 18 months of work available and the opportunity to move onto further major schemes afterwards, this is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager seeking long-term stability, career progression, and involvement in a high-profile London project.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day electrical installation works, ensuring delivery in line with the construction programme.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors, and site labour.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and health and safety.
• Work closely with the project management team, main contractor, and other trades.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and proactively manage potential delays.
• Oversee inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover preparations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager with an M&E contractor.
• Strong electrical trade or technical background.
• Experience delivering high-end residential or similarly complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate electrical installations.
• Relevant site qualifications, including SMSTS and ECS/CSCS.
