About the Role

We are an expanding electrical contracting company delivering high-quality solutions to prestigious blue-chip clients across London. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.

This client-facing role combines estimating, contract management, technical expertise and commercial responsibility, from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and estimates for commercial electrical projects.
• Manage contracts from enquiry through to completion.
• Carry out site surveys and liaise with clients.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage budgets, procurement and resources.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, building and Health & Safety regulations.
• Develop strong client and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Fully qualified electrician – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience in commercial electrical estimating and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial installations, testing and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations.
• General building/site experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
