Want to lead the delivery of high-profile M&E projects for a contractor renowned for quality, technical excellence, and long-standing client relationships?
Work with a highly respected M&E contractor delivering prestigious commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare and fit-out projects across London. With a strong pipeline of secured work and projects ranging from £100k to £17m, this is an opportunity to join a business trusted to deliver some of the industry's most demanding schemes.
You'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing programmes, teams, subcontractors, budgets and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
The Role
- Manage multiple electrical projects across London
- Lead project teams and subcontractors through delivery
- Oversee pre-construction, design coordination and project planning
- Monitor programme, budget, quality and H&S performance
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure seamless coordination between electrical and mechanical packages
- Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager background
- Experience delivering commercial, residential or fit-out projects
- Strong leadership, commercial and client-facing skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience on projects up to £17m desirable
